What this service is

This site surfaces Mariatta Wijaya's availability, computed from her connected Google Calendars, hosts a small group expense tracker (for invited friends and family), and runs anonymous feedback surveys Mariatta has prepared. It is a personal tool, operated by Mariatta at no cost to visitors.

Expenses module, friends-and-family use

The Expenses module is provided to specific people Mariatta has chosen to invite. Account sign-up is gated by single-use invitation links; only invited recipients can create accounts, and only on the events they were invited to.

If you use the Expenses module, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any expense data you enter, amounts, currency, payer, who shared the cost, attached receipts, and reimbursement status.
• The tool is a ledger and a calculator, not a payment system. Suggested settlements are advisory; actual transfers happen outside this site.
• Mariatta is not a party to any financial dispute between participants and is not responsible for resolving disagreements about who owes what.
• Mariatta may revoke your access, archive an event, or delete data at any time, in particular if the service is misused.
• Receipts you upload are stored encrypted at rest and only served back to participants of the same event, but you should still avoid uploading anything you wouldn't want a fellow event member to see.

Surveys module, anonymous feedback

Surveys are typically shared via a direct link or QR code. Anyone with a survey's link can submit a response; no account is required and no identifying information is requested.

If you fill out a survey, you agree that:

• You are providing your input voluntarily. You can close the page at any time without submitting.
• The form does not collect your identity. Do not include any personal information you wouldn't want the survey owner to read, once a free-text answer is submitted, it is visible to whoever owns the survey.
• The survey owner may read your responses, group free-text answers into themes, and act on those themes (e.g. by writing action items for follow-up).
• Mariatta may take a survey down, archive its responses, or delete the data at any time.

QR code generator

The QR code generator turns a URL you enter into a downloadable QR image. What is kept depends on whether you are signed in:

• Anonymous use: the code is generated for you to preview and download, then discarded. The URL you entered is not stored, and nothing ties a code to you: no account, no IP address, no record of when you made it. The only thing kept is an anonymous daily tally of how many codes were generated, which contains no URLs and cannot be traced to anyone.
• Signed-in use: codes you generate are saved to your account so you can find and re-download them later. That record includes the URL, its description, and any styling you chose. Mariatta may delete this data at any time.
• Short-link (slug) codes: these store the slug-to-URL mapping so the redirect works, and count how many times the link has been followed and when it was last used. The counts are aggregate and do not identify individual visitors.

Acceptable use

You may read the publicly displayed availability, call the JSON and HTTP endpoints for your own purposes (including from automated agents), and share the URL. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt service, scrape at abusive rates, or misrepresent the site's output as endorsed by any party other than Mariatta.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Availability data is advisory: always confirm meetings directly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mariatta is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service.

Changes

These terms may change over time; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
